Coaching Staff

Brad Lashley, Program Director

Brad Lashley is back for his fifth season with CFSC. Brad brings with him more than 20 years of coaching experience from the entry to elite level. “The most important element in coaching is teaching an athlete that hard work is needed to achieve success,” says Lashley. Brad has lived this philosophy. Raised in the London Ontario area, Brad started his skiing career at the Cobble Hills Ski Club in Thorndale. Brad proved that with a lot of hard work, a small ski hill can produce elite sport success.

Brad has raced throughout Canada and in Europe, has coached on three continents, and has international race management experience from eight countries.
